These are open to all adults, unless otherwise specified. 

They are intended for self help and invite change for those who want to be the best version of themselves.

Please note : Workshops are not intended to replace counselling sessions, as a deeper work can be done meeting with a therapist on a one to one basis.

Let us know if you would like other subjects covered, or would like us to come to you to present these subjects.  Ideal for small groups and these can be adjusted for school presentations from KS2 and above. 

Sat 1st June 9.30 am- 12.30 pm

This is a dynamic workshop aimed at couples who want to improve their relationship. For those who are newly wed to those who are seasoned partners over decades. Learn some practical ways of communicating to each other, dealing with conflict and disagreements and how to manage the struggles that life throws at you.

Sat 13th July 9.30 am-12.30 pm.

This fun workshop is aimed at adults who struggle with loving themselves. 

It is aimed at those who struggle to see anything likeable in who they are.

The aim is that at the end of the 3 hours workshop you will have  learned ways of working towards a love for yourself, and an acceptance of who you are and working towards finding your purpose in life.

Media portrays images of how we should look and what we should be doing with our lives. Lets Find ourselves and our own uniqueness

Sat 21st September 9.30 am- 12.30 pm.

This workshop is aimed at anyone who feels there thoughts control them. When there is a tendency to over think, often being woken with anxious thoughts, and feeling like their thought life is out of control.

This will teach you practical ways of taking back control and managing your thinking.

You do control your thoughts, even the paranoid ones, and I want to show you how you can take control back

Sat 9th November 9.30 am- 12.30 pm

This workshop is for anyone who struggles with feeling lonely and longing for it to be gone. We can feel lonely even in a crowd and surrounded by people. 

This workshop aims to help those who have a deep struggle to find they belong whether that is in family, with friends, in a club or a church setting. It will give you tools to take control yourself to find your belonging. It will be the start to you feeling less loneliness and more belonging.
